Directly from the workshop that made it. We do not hold stock, we do not repackage, and nothing sits in a warehouse here waiting to be sent on — which is why a piece takes about 10 days to the Netherlands and 12 across the EU rather than overnight. It also means we cannot slip a card or a box into the parcel on the way, and we would rather say so than promise it and fail. These figures are being confirmed.
We do not cut and we do not set. What we do is choose: which workshops we buy from, which stones we accept, and what we will not list at all. Every piece carries its metal, the treatment of its stones and what its smaller stones actually are — and where a workshop has not answered a question, the page says that instead of leaving a gap.

We are not a mine and we are not a workshop, so we will not claim their work as ours. What we can do is ask every supplier to state in writing where a stone came from and what has been done to it, publish the answer on the piece's own page, and hold back anything nobody will answer for. One piece carries a note saying its origin could not be reconciled; that note stays until it can be.
