These conditions apply to every purchase from AI INVESTMENT GROUP B.V. through this online boutique.

Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include Dutch VAT. Delivery within the EU is free and carries no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may fall due on arrival and are payable by you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract arises only when we confirm acceptance by email. Every piece is a single existing object rather than a production run, so what you order is the piece you saw.
Payment
We accept [PAYMENT METHODS]. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Delivery
Insured delivery is included in the price. A piece is dispatched by the workshop that made it rather than from a warehouse here, so allow about 10 days to the Netherlands, 12 days elsewhere in the EU and 15 days beyond it, counted from order acceptance. Where no time is agreed, we deliver within 30 days. These delivery figures are being confirmed and are indicative until they are.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The Maison extends this period to 30 days. To exercise it, tell us by an unambiguous statement to [RETURNS CONTACT EMAIL], or use the model withdrawal form. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. The Maison offers nothing made to your specification and no personalisation, so the exception in art. 6:230p BW for goods made to a consumer's specification does not apply to anything on this site: every piece may be returned.
Conformity and guarantee
Every creation must conform to the contract. Your statutory rights on non-conformity are unaffected by any commercial guarantee we offer. Details of the Maison’s guarantee: [GUARANTEE TERMS AND DURATION].
Complaints and disputes
Please raise any complaint with the client relations centre first; we acknowledge within one business day. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
