Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include Dutch VAT. Delivery within the EU is free and carries no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may fall due on arrival and are payable by you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract arises only when we confirm acceptance by email. Made-to-order, resized and engraved pieces are confirmed with a stated production time.
Payment
We accept [PAYMENT METHODS]. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Delivery
Free insured express delivery on all orders. We deliver within [DELIVERY WINDOW] of order acceptance for stocked pieces, and within the production time stated at the time of order for made-to-order pieces. Where no time is agreed, we deliver within 30 days.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The Maison extends this period to 30 days. To exercise it, tell us by an unambiguous statement to [RETURNS CONTACT EMAIL], or use the model withdrawal form. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specification or clearly personalised, including engraved and made-to-order creations.
Conformity and guarantee

Complaints and disputes
