WHERE DO YOUR STONES COME FROM?
Tanzanite is mined in one place on Earth: the Merelani hills of northern Tanzania. We do not mine or cut it. We choose finished pieces from the workshops that make them and ask each workshop to state, in writing, where the stone came from and what has been done to it. Whatever they answer goes on that piece's own page, including when the answer is that they have not told us.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE NETHERLANDS?
Yes. Insured delivery is included in the price, and there are no customs charges within the EU. Pieces are dispatched by the workshop that made them rather than from an office here, so allow around 10 days. These terms are being confirmed.
CAN A PIECE BE CLEANED OR SERVICED?
Every Maison Tanzanite creation may return to the maison for cleaning and service, for life.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
Write to us within 30 days and send the piece back in its original condition. Nothing here is made to order, so nothing is excluded.
